A clean-up visit usually covers everything at once: pull the weeds and dead plants, shape what is worth keeping, redefine the bed edge, refresh the mulch and plant something that will still look good in August. ## What a clean-up includes - Weeding, removal of dead or diseased shrubs, and haul-away - Shrub shaping and light tree trimming - Bed edging — re-cut, steel or stone - Mulch: native hardwood, dyed, cypress or pine nugget, typically $100–135 per yard installed - Seasonal colour: vincas, pentas and lantana for summer heat; pansies, violas and snapdragons for winter - Rock refresh and weed barrier where you want a low-maintenance bed ## Winterising Before a hard freeze we can mulch tender plants and wrap them in frost cloth; after one, we can tell you what will come back and what should be replaced. ## Questions about clean-ups & mulch How fast can you come out for an HOA deadline? Tell us the date on the letter. We have often quoted the next morning and finished the same week. Do you offer regular maintenance?
