Where JIT comes from

JIT started in 2018 as Justice in Trees — Vincent's tree-planting, pruning and removal business. Trees taught the fundamentals: how roots establish, how water moves through a yard, and how to take a 70-foot cottonwood down safely between two houses. Customers kept asking for the rest of the yard, and the tree company grew into a full landscape design and installation crew: sod, stone, beds, drainage and irrigation.

The name stuck as JIT, and the tagline on the truck says what we do: function, design, install. Get the water and the grade right first, design something you will enjoy looking at, then build it properly.

How Vincent works

Ask our customers what stands out and the same things come up: he shows up when he says he will, he explains what he is doing and why, he gives you honest advice even when it means a smaller job, and he is the one on site doing the work. He still says the best part of the job is the nursery — walking the rows with a client, picking exactly what will look right in the space.

What we believe a landscaper owes you

• A straight answer on price. Written quotes, materials itemised, no upsell on the day.
• Respect for your time. Estimates within a day or two; small jobs often done within the week.
• Work that lasts in North Texas. Compacted bases, proper edging, plants that survive August and February.
• A clean site. We haul away what we remove and blow off the drive before we leave.
• Advice you can use. Watering schedules, pruning tips and honest recommendations — several customers have told us we saved them money on things they could do themselves.
