Yard Drainage & Sprinkler Repair in McKinney, TX
North Texas storms drop a lot of water fast. We move it away from your foundation and beds, and make sure the sprinklers put water where the lawn actually needs it.

Stormwater mitigation is one of our specialties. Standing water against a slab, a side yard that turns to mud, a bed eroding downhill — all of it comes back to grade and drainage, and most of it can be fixed in a day.
Drainage
- Subterranean (French) drains and catch basins in side yards and low spots
- Downspout tie-ins that carry roof water out to the street or a pop-up emitter
- Regrading so water runs away from the house, plus river rock or ground cover on slopes that erode
- Erosion beds — ground cover such as purple wintercreeper with drains at the base, for banks that wash out
Irrigation
- Finding and repairing leaks with minimal digging
- Replacing broken heads, rerouting lines and adding heads to cover dry corners
- Adjusting spray patterns after a bed or hardscape change
- Irrigation planning for new sod and beds
Questions about drainage & irrigation
My side yard floods every storm. What are the options?
Usually a French drain with a catch basin, tied to the downspouts and run to the curb or a pop-up emitter — often finished the same day. We will look at the grade first; sometimes a simple regrade and rock does it.
Can you find a leak in my irrigation?
Yes. One recent customer called about a leak and we found it, repaired the line and fixed several heads in the same visit.
